They were born 9 weeks prematurely, weighing between 900-1.5 kilograms. Five of the babies were healthy, a girl Alexis and a boy Nathan were born with cerebral palsy. Twenty-one years after their birth, the McCaughey family continues to expand. Daughter Michaela, born before the sevens, has already brought them a grandchild. Natalie married in May 2019, she was among the top students in her senior class and is now involved in teaching. Brandon got married in August 2019, and afterwards contracted with the Army.
The smiling and charming Kelsey became an actress, Kenny Jr. graduated from college with a degree in construction and is now building homes. Joel learned programming and was hired by a well-known firm.Born with cerebral palsy, Nathan underwent surgery and was able to walk. He went to Hannibal-Lagrange University and also took up programming. Alexis has to use a walker to get around, but she remains a kind and optimistic girl. In the future, she plans to become a kindergarten teacher.
