Janet and Graham had wanted children for a long time, as had many other families.
But they never imagined they would become parents of a huge family. For a long time, nothing worked out for the couple, but after 13 attempts, Janet finally got pregnant. They were amazed at their good fortune. But another surprise awaited them – they couldn’t wait for the first ultrasound.
Suddenly, the ultrasound showed that the couple was expecting six children at once. They hadn’t expected to have six children, and it came as a huge shock to them. Specialists insisted on hospitalization, and doctors at the area hospital treated Janet. On November 18, 1983, she gave birth to six healthy girls.
Janet and Graham spent $11,000 each year on diapers because they had no time to stop between feedings, diaper changes, bathing and changing the baby. The first years were very difficult, but then came the school years. Preparing the girls for puberty was difficult, because there were six of them.
They say they were always proud of their children. The girls were friends from an early age, and nothing has changed over the years. They are now 34 years old, some of them have had successful careers, and others have married and already have families of their own.
The family recently went on a group vacation. Together with their parents, they experienced an unforgettable trip to New York City. Sarah is the first to give her parents a grandchild. In 2014, she gave birth to a daughter and named her Yorgi.
They are thrilled to have six daughters, because it means that over time the family will grow and there will be more granddaughters!” They say it has been difficult to fully appreciate each stage of growing up as a woman, but over time things have changed.
Their granddaughter is already blessed to have such grandparents, parents, and no less than 5 aunts!
Now the couple can spend as much time with their granddaughter as they want, they have plenty of free time for that!
Year after year their family will have many granddaughters and their family will grow! If this was interesting, share it with your friends and family!
