Goodness and positivity to all!!!
Agree that twins are adorable, and Siamese twins are unique. Another interesting fact is that seventy percent of conjoined twins are women.
Siamese twins are fused together in one or more parts of their bodies. As rare as such cases are, they always arouse curiosity. Here are some of the stories.
Lale and Ladan Bijani.
In the early 2000s, two conjoined twins named Lale and Ladan Bijani caught the world’s attention when they decided on a very risky surgery to live their own lives. They had their heads fused together. Unfortunately, the result of the operation was disastrous.
Laurie and Reba Chappell.
Laurie and Reba Chappell were born Siamese twins. Reba changed his name to George, though. They look like each other, but their personalities are different. Like all twins, in fact, they have different personalities. Nevertheless, they really don’t want to live apart.
For the Chappelle twins, the risks that may arise from the operations are simply not worth their lives. Also, one of them doesn’t like to be pitied. The twins claim that they are not interested in knowing what it is like to be without each other.
