Petero Byakatonda. He is called the egghead boy. This boy comes from Africa, specifically Uganda. He suffers from Crouzon syndrome.
People with this syndrome are developmentally delayed. There is one case for every 25,000 infants. In addition to developmental delays, they have a convex forehead, bulging eyes, and a concave forehead.
But this particular child’s case is said to be extreme. In developed countries this syndrome is successfully treated, but Peter was born in a country where there is no such treatment. The boy is losing his sight and hearing.
