There are people in the world who train in order to turn their bodies into an invincible pile of muscles and lift incredible weights. They are amazing just by looking at their huge muscles, and they are the strongest people on the planet. Do you think you could fight them? Let’s find out!
Brian Shaw.
There are big men, and then there’s Brian Shaw. At 2 meters tall and weighing 181 pounds, Brian Shaw pushes the boundaries of the very notion of strength! I mean, a man who has won the “World’s Strongest Man” competition four years in a row is definitely capable of shattering any boundaries.
But despite his superpower to lift an entire squat rack, Brian has to make some effort to fit in socially. If you think he looks imposing in the gym, here’s what he looks like getting on a plane.
To keep himself in such shape, Brian eats nearly 10,000 calories a day and keeps an insanely rigid workout schedule. While most people only use the standard set of dumbbells and barbells, Brian uses the entire gym!
Eddie Hall
Everything Eddie does, he does at the highest level. At the age of 13 the athlete was one of the highest paid swimmers in his age group in England, at 15 he was a national rugby player for his local university team, and now he is doing everything he can to surpass his strongest opponent – himself.
In 2017, Eddie won the title of “The Strongest Man on the Planet” by setting the world record for deadlift – 500kg! This record is so insane that even bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger was shocked.Currently, Eddie aims to surpass this record, consuming between 5 and 10 thousand calories a day and spending all his time training and preparing for future competitions.
In his free time Eddie makes videos for his popular YouTube channel and Instagram account where people watch the life of the strongest man on the planet. And it’s true, it’s not every day you get to see a man who can lift a car without breaking a sweat.
