In the 1990s, girls in post-Soviet countries often met foreigners. This phenomenon was especially true for female students, who met their lovers within the walls of educational institutions and then moved to their countries. Marriage to Africans was also a common occurrence for post-Soviet girls.
Despite numerous public condemnations, men from an unknown and alien country were very attractive and interesting to young women, and some of them found happiness next to black men. Oksana from Moldova was one of these girls, who met her husband when she was a young student. Ken from Ghana was not immediately able to gain the attention of a young girl.
They studied together at Moldova State University, thanks to which Ken saw his beloved every day. One day he publicly confessed to his friends that he had fallen in love with Oksana and introduced the girl as his future spouse. But she did not reciprocate, but only laughed. But Ken did not back down, and after a while, the young African managed to prove the seriousness of his intentions.
The girl’s family did not like the choice, but Oksana was adamant. She married Ken, and together they moved to live in England. The young man could not present his wife in the homeland – for the sake of Oksana he had to give up the throne. Ken never regretted this action. The girl he loves is much more important than all possible privileges and statuses.
Now Oksana and Ken live in an African country, but the couple do not forget about visiting England. Despite their different characters, the relationship in the family is good. Oksana and Ken do not have conflicts, they try to support each other in everything. In the happy union, two sons were born – Daniel and Jerome. This helped the couple to get even closer to each other.
The already strong relationship between Oxana and Ken became even stronger after they had children together. Every day the spouses feel more and more happy people.
Both Oksana and Ken have connected their lives with their work in their specialty. They are medics, but in different lines of work. Ken works as a hematologist, and Oksana takes care of elderly people with dementia in a nursing home.
Oksana tells about her daily life and work in social networks, where she also publishes photos with her husband and children. Oxana and Ken have been married for 23 long years. Their sons are already quite grown-up young men. Both boys have dark skin color, as Oksana’s spouse has dominant genes. But the sons have inherited their facial features from both their mother and father.
